1 ripe mango, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 Jalapeno chili, minced (optional)
1 small cucumber, diced
2 limes, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Ready to serve.
