I'm sorry but LEMONS???? How can I have any faith in you when you state that LEMONS are alkaline??? Every child in the land worth there Universal Indicator knows that lemons have a low pH, THEY CONTAIN LOADS OF CITRIC ACID!!!

Of course by merely incorporating a new alkaline food for your diet plan every week and reducing an acid meals at the very same time, it is easy to gradually alter your pH balance. Slowly integrating these adjustments into your lifestyle will also enable you to to stick to the diet plan.

This chart is so wrong. Onion as alcaline ? It's highly accidic, PH level of onion juce is around 3. I suffer from a severe accid reflux, a tiny bit of raw onion will make my life a pure hell. The same with tomatoes and most of the fruits. Do not believe this chart, only 50% of it is about right.
