1 lb. large carrots (washed and peeled)
1/2 of lemon, squeezed
few green leafs such as red lettuce or carrot greens
Put all ingredients in your juicer (A centrifuge juicer is easiest for carrots) or a blender. Mix. Drink immediately.
You can add some cabbage and make it cabbage juice which is good for GERD.
3 cups chopped tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1 tablespoon muscovado sugar
1/2 teaspoon himalaya sea salt
Juice the tomatoes, celery, cucumber in your juicer or blend in a blender.
Add sugar, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
If you like you can also add a 1/4 onion, fresh oregano and basil and red bell pepper.
1 bunch spinach/kangkong/alugbati leaves
Put all ingredients in your juicer or blender. Mix well and enjoy.
Juice a small or medium sized pineapple and serve with cherry on top.
