SAUTEED RICE NOODLES (Pansit Bihon)


rice noodles or pansit bihon
boiled green peas
snap peas
cabbage
carrots
baguio beans
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic, chopped
rock salt
organic soy sauce
tofu or tokwa, cubed
Saute onion and garlic in oil or water. Add rice noodles/bihon and cook together with mashed boiled green peas. Add carrots and baguio beans. Cook for 2 mins. Fry tokwa then add to pansit/noodles. Add cabbage, salt and soy sauce to taste.
