2 tablespoons of cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon organic soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1/2 cup waterSaute onion, garlic and tofu. Pour all vegetables and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water, oyster sauce and Bragg's Liquid Aminos. Simmer until sauce thickens and serve hot.
