Broccoli can be defined as a super food for its many health benefits. It contains almost everything the body needs from vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, protein, magnesium, calcium, potassium, glucoraphanin, beta-carotene, lutein, folate, zinc and selenium. I cannot think of another vegetable that is healthier and more satisfying.
STEAMED BROCCOLI

1 head crushed roasted garlic
sesame oil
organic soy sauce
Steam broccoli florets for 5-6 minutes. Mix with other ingredients and serve.
