CILANTRO CHELATION PESTO

Heavy metal poisoning is rampant. It is a major cause of hormonal imbalances, cancer, thyroid problems, neurological disturbances, learning problems, depression, food allergies, parasites, etc. etc. This is a great recipe that is not only easy to make but also really yummy, and it tells you how to remove heavy metals from the body!

Cilantro is truly a healing food. One friend suffering from high blood pressure due to mercury poisoning had her blood pressure return to normal after eating two teaspoons of this pesto daily for only a week. So whether you need to detoxify heavy metals from your body or just wish to use it as a preventative measure, 2 teaspoons a day is all you need to take. This pesto has now become a regular in my diet. Enjoy!

CULTURED CABBAGE JUICE

To implant friendly lactobacteria in the colon and heal damaged mucus membranes of the G.I. tract, you need to drink about 1 and 1/2 cup daily of cultured cabbage juice. Cabbage juice deteriorates rapidly, losing its essential nutrients, so should be consumed within a minute after it is made. Here is how to make it.

MINT ICE CUBES

Place 1-2 fresh peppermint or any mint leaves into each cell of an ice cube tray. Fill with water then freeze the until solid. These are perfect when added to iced tea, juices or even plain water.

PANDAN ICED TEA

Pandan leaves are used widely in Southeast Asian cooking as flavoring. They have a nutty, botanical fragrance which enhances the taste of rice dishes and cakes and can also add fresh flavor to drinks.

This plant has many uses. When taken as tea, it functions as a laxative for children and eases chest pains. The anthers of the male flowers are used for earaches, headaches and stomach spasms.

HOMEMADE SAUERKRAUT

In German, it means "sour cabbage". It is made of finely shredded cabbage that has been fermented by various lactic acid bacteria which makes this a great source for probiotics. Also, cabbage juice has been known to cure gastrointestinal problems and that includes acid reflux.

KIMCHI

Kimchi or kimchee is a traditional Korean dish made of fermented vegetables that is spicy and has a distinct flavor. There are many varieties of this side dish but the most popular is napa cabbage but one can also use radish, green onions or cucumber. Koreans always have kimchi at every meal. This is a good source of probiotics.

MISO SOUP

Unpasteruized miso contains live friendly microflora which benefits the inner ecosystem of the body. Consuming a hot bowl of miso soup not only is soothing and delicious but it can do wonders to the immune system of the body. Other health benefits of miso includes: reduces the risks of various cancers, prevents aging due to high antioxidants, helps preserve beautiful skin and reduces menopausal complaints because the isoflavones in miso have been shown to reduce hot flashes.
